Design & concept
Skiddis shell pants were designed by Stefanie Ahlström. a specialist designer with experience at some of the leading Swedish and European outdoor brands. Together, we reimagined every detail—from the ergonomic cut to the choice of materials—to create a garment without compromise.
Our goal: to offer fully waterproof shell pants of the absolute highest quality, made exclusively from recycled materials and produced in Europe.
Our Commitment: quality, recycled materials, and proximity
Every component of our pants is sourced and assembled within Europe:
- Patterns developed in Stockholm.
- Technical fabrics by Sympatex® in Germany.
- Accessories sourced locally (Finland, Portugal, Sweden, Estonia).
- Shell pants assembled and crafted in Estonia.
Development & Testing
Nothing was left to chance. For over a year, we refined prototype after prototype, perfecting everything from the placement of knee reinforcements to the comfort of the waistband. Our most demanding testers? Children who love to play outside, whatever the weather. Beyond adventures in forests and playgrounds, our prototypes also underwent rigorous testing in the Sympatex® laboratories in Germany, ensuring impeccable waterproofness and durability. After this journey combining Swedish design and European expertise, we are proud to present a playmate ready for any challenge.
