Refund and Return Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your withdrawal and return a Product. Products must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged, and must be returned intact with all original accessories and labels. To return a Product, simply contact us via email or our contact form.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The eco-friendly packaging used to send your Products is designed to be reused for returns.

We advise you to return Products using a tracked shipping service. We do not accept returns sent to ”service points” (parcel shops) or equivalent; returns must be delivered directly to our address. If a returned Product is not approved, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

Unclaimed Packages

You have 7 days to collect your package before it is returned to us. For any uncollected package, a fee of €14.90 will be charged to cover shipping, handling, and return costs applied by carriers (PostNord, DHL, etc.).

Refunds

Once your return is received and validated by our team, your refund will be processed. An email will be sent to confirm the refund. If a return is not accepted, we will contact you by email to explain the reason. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.

The refund will be issued directly as a credit to the bank account associated with the card used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size and/or color are free of charge, with the exception of the return shipping costs for the original item, which remain your responsibility.
