1. Products
Every order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the Products available for sale. The Products offered for sale by SKIDDIS are those featured on the website www.skiddis.com on the day the Customer consults the site. Products are offered for sale subject to stock availability. Product availability is verified by SKIDDIS at the time the order is prepared. In addition to the photographs illustrating the Products, the Customer is invited to consult the description of each Product to learn its specific characteristics. SKIDDIS undertakes to represent the products as accurately as possible; however, a slight discrepancy from the visual presentation cannot be completely ruled out.
2. Prices
Product prices indicated on the Website are valid as long as they are online.
Prices are indicated in Euros, all taxes included (including VAT), excluding delivery costs, which remain the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise specified. Delivery costs are indicated during the checkout process, according to the terms of Article 5.
Prices take into account any discounts applicable on the day of the order.
3. Ordering
Any order implies express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the Products available for sale. Validation of the order constitutes express acceptance of these GTC.

Once the return is received and validated by us, provided the above conditions are met, SKIDDIS undertakes to refund the Customer as soon as possible and no later than 14 days following receipt of proof of shipment or receipt of the package by SKIDDIS (the earlier of the two dates shall apply). Accepted proofs of shipment include stamped and dated receipts for tracked parcels. An email will be sent to the Customer to confirm the refund. If a return is not accepted, SKIDDIS will contact the Customer by email to explain the reason.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original order. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on the Customer’s bank statement.
