Introduction

This agreement applies between Skiddis of Sweden AB (559274-3289) with its registered office in Tullinge, Sweden and you as a consumer shopping on this website.

1. products

Each order implies that the customer accepts the prices and description of the products on sale.

The products offered for sale by SKIDDIS are those available on the website www.skiddis.se on the day the customer visits the website.

Products are offered for sale subject to stock availability. The availability of the products is checked by SKIDDIS when preparing the order.

In addition to the photographs reproducing and illustrating the products presented, the customer is invited to read the description of each product to learn about its characteristics. SKIDDIS undertakes to reproduce the products as faithfully as possible, but some deviation from the presentation images cannot be entirely excluded.

2. order

By accepting these terms and conditions when placing an order on this website, a binding contract is concluded. This is confirmed by sending an order confirmation to the email address provided by the customer. However, Skiddis of Sweden reserves the right to make any errors in the stock balance that means that the agreement cannot be completed, in which case the customer will be contacted by email. 

3. prices

All prices are quoted including VAT but excluding shipping. The total price including shipping is always clearly displayed at checkout before payment when the customer's address details are entered. Skiddis of Sweden reserves the right for any obvious price errors on the website, in which case Skiddis of Sweden reserves the right to cancel the order.

4. payment

We offer the following payment solutions: card and Google Pay. Both solutions are provided by Stripe and the money is debited directly at the time of purchase. Stripe is one of the world's largest players in payment solutions and is certified according to PCI DSS, the most demanding in payment solutions. 

5.Shipping & delivery

5.1 Shipping method

All orders are sent traceable via Postnord to the nearest delivery point. The shipment is traceable and the track number is sent via email in connection with expedition. Orders received on weekdays before 12.00 are generally sent the same day. Normal delivery time after dispatch is 1-3 working days within Sweden.

5.2 Uncollected parcels

Goods are always sent with Postnord to the nearest delivery point. You then have 7 days to collect the item before it is sent back to us. For uncollected packages, we charge SEK 175 to cover the cost of shipping, handling and the return fee charged by Postnord.

6. Open purchase and returns

Upon receipt of your order, you have 30 days of open purchase.

The returned goods must not have any traces of use, must not have been washed or modified and must be returned intact with any accessories and labels. Before returning an item, please contact us via email or use the contact form here on the website. You are responsible for the return shipping. The eco-friendly bag in which your goods were delivered is designed to be reused by you in case a return is necessary as it has an extra sealing strip. We recommend all our customers to always use a return method that allows tracking of the shipment.

If a returned item cannot be accepted by our returns department, the item will be sent back to you. We will of course contact you if this should be the case. 

After a return is approved by our quality control, the money will be refunded through the payment method used for the purchase. This refund will be made no later than 14 days after we receive the goods. 

7. right of withdrawal

In addition to open purchase for 30 days, we apply a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the current Consumer Purchase Act.

When invoking the right of withdrawal, please contact us via email or use the contact form here on the website. It is also possible to use consumer agency withdrawal form if you so wish.

You have the right to open the packaging and check the product, but you as a consumer are responsible for any loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. If a returned product cannot be accepted by our returns department, the product will be sent back to you. We will of course contact you if this should be the case.

After a return is approved by our quality control, the money will be refunded through the payment method used for the purchase. This refund will be made no later than 14 days after we receive the goods.

8. swaps

Replacement of size and/or color is free of charge. However, you as a customer are responsible for the return shipping to us for the item to be exchanged.

9. repayment

Once a return has been accepted by our returns department, the cost of the goods will be refunded immediately, but within 14 days at the latest. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email. In the case of a return of the entire order, the shipping costs incurred in connection with the purchase will also be refunded in accordance with applicable EU law. In the case of a partial return, only the cost of the returned item will be refunded.

The refund will be made to the same card used for the purchase. Please note that even if we initiate the refund immediately after the return is approved, it may take between 5-10 days before your bank has had time to process it and the money appears on your account. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

10. complaints

As a consumer, you have a three-year right to complain. If you discover that the goods are faulty or defective, you are asked to contact us immediately, but no later than within two months. When we have approved the complaint after inspection, we always try to repair the product, but if this is not possible, we will replace you with a new product or refund according to the Consumer Purchase Act.

It is worth noting that damage caused by the user through, for example, incorrect handling or lack of care is not included in the right of complaint. Normal wear and tear is also not considered grounds for a complaint.

11. dispute

We always follow The General Complaints Board recommendations (Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm). As a consumer, you can also contact the European Commission online platform for dispute resolution.
